High repetition rate XUV attosecond beamline

Beamline dedicated to the generation of XUV attosecond pulses, based on high-order harmonic generation (HHG) using a tightly focused 200 kHz, 6-fs, CEP-stable, OPCPA laser system.

XUV beam parameters: 200 kHz, 10-50 eV photon energy.
