High-intensity XUV attosecond beamline

Beamline dedicated to the generation of intense XUV attosecond pulses, based on high-order harmonic generation (HHG) in a long focusing regime using a high-power 100 mJ,  40 fs Titanium Sapphire laser.

XUV beam parameters: 10 Hz, 10-50 eV photon energy, 40 nJ/pulse on target
