Ultrahigh intensity laser physics and x-ray beamline

Beamline devoted to ultrahigh intensity laser-matter interactions, using the LLC multi-TW laser system. 

Target chambers and other dedicated equipment for laser-plasma based electron and ion acceleration and betatron x-ray generation.

X-ray studies can be performed with ultrashort (few femtosecond) pulses of intense incoherent x-ray radiation up to 15 keV.
